Audrey said her first word yesterday. We were looking at the family picture and pointing to "Audrey" "ma-ma" and "da-da". It was "da-da." It was so cute and the only intelligible thing she has ever said. She is a complete daddy's-girl. I love the fact that she likes her daddy so much. For example, yesterday, she had a really hard day. She could seem to handle life. She cried and cried and whined and whined. I couldn't seem to help her out in any way (and I tried everything). The second "da-da" got home and started talking (not even to her necessarily) she calmed right down and started to smile and giggle. Then she gave him the sweetest look. It was the cutest thing I have ever seen.
Also, both of her bottom teeth are through and visible. Goodbye toothless grin and hello the real word.
