Audrey has been a blast and so fun lately! She started singing do-wah-do-wah-do-wah the other day. Today, her dad taught her to say poop. It sounds like pbup incase you were wondering. She also says one, two, one, two like she is marching or something. However, she still refuses to walk. The more I try to work with her the less she wants to do it. The other day, I was on the phone and she stood up by me and took one step forward and looked over at me, saw I was watching her, and sat down on the floor. I think she CAN secretly walk, but doesn't want me to know that. She climbs up the back of the couch and bangs on the wall, walks on her knees, and does all sorts of other things that make me think it is more a matter choice, not ability. Oh, well. What do you do?
Also, today I ran my 5k! All my hard work and training paid off. Number one...I ran the entire time! Number two...my goal was to run it in 40 minutes, I ran it in 39! (I know that time isn't amazing, but it is for me, so lay off!) Number three...it rained almost the whole race and it was kind of fun running in the rain. Number four...I almost died. Number five....thank you Molly for pushing Audrey in the stroller for me. Number six....thank you everyone for your words of encouragement and support. Molly had the awesome idea to make our own t-shirts for the race. It was so cool and fun. We named the race the SC(sexy calves)-Easter 5k. All our shirts say that except Audrey's says something else... That is really what I think about everytime I run.

First of all awesome job running the 5k. I would have had to drop out after the first 5 minutes. And second those pictures of Audery are so adorable!
Congrats!!!!! That is so exciting! I had a dream once that I ran a 5k then I woke up screaming in cold sweat! I don't think I could ever do that! Good job!
Rock on! I'm pretty sure I couldn't run a 5K in that time (this includes pre-pregnancy). I'm pretty sure the 5K itself wouldn't have happened. I am impressed! Also, I personally think that rain is about the only weather worth running in...that or almost rain. Maybe if I ran more I would enjoy it. Maybe when I need to lose my baby weight I'll enlist you amazing ladies to be my trainers.
Great job, girls! You are an inspiration!
